All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days to most urban and semi-urban locations.
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days in select metro areas (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune).
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select pincodes—orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are delivered by 9:00 PM on the same day.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above ₹799.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹799.
Express Shipping Fee: ₹100 flat rate, regardless of order size.
Same-Day Delivery Fee: ₹150 flat rate in eligible areas.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also view real-time status updates in your Meethi Golee account under “My Orders,” or via our mobile app.
5. Delivery Exceptions
Remote locations or heavy monsoon/weather disruptions may incur a 1–2 day delay. We appreciate your understanding.
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address, no recipient available), the courier will retry once. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by email or phone.
You may choose to update your address and have the order re-shipped (additional shipping charges apply), or request a refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International orders are not supported at this time.
